Unfriendly Regions
Regions that do not express a desire to take active steps in expanding diplomatic relations, and do not hold an embassy, or any ties, with Astoria. These regions also express hostile desires against Astoria, although minorly or not directly.
Hostile Regions
Regions that do not express a desire to take active steps in expanding diplomatic relations, and do not hold any ties with Astoria. These regions also express hostile desires against Astoria and have openly declared their opposition to Astoria via diplomatic or military attacks.
