How should the assembly take votes of "Yes" or "No"? Should we accept them as valid votes of Aye and Nay or should we void those votes? Per 10-a and 10-b of Article IV, it should just be Aye/Nay/Abstain, but it remains vague on variations of the words.
10. The procedure for voting on a bill will be as follows:
a. An angel may vote “aye”, “nay”, or “abstain”.
b. Each “aye” counts as one positive vote, each “nay” counts as one negative vote, and each “abstain” counts as a non-vote.
