Hello members of the Archangel Tribunal,
The constitution defines the order of succession for Acting Archkeeper as going to the Keeper of the Sanctum, unless they are also absent, then going to the Keeper of the Nexus unless they are also absent, and so on.
If a Keeper prior to the one currently holding the position of Acting Archkeeper then stops being absent, does the position go back to the prior Keeper, "bumping" the current one holding the position, or does it stay with the current holder of the position?
Additionally, if the Tribunal rules that the Keeper currently holding the position maintains it in case of a prior individual being able to, if the Acting Archkeeper then becomes absent, does the position backtrack to the prior individual or go down the succession line to the next individual designated after the current one?
